Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with human-centric design principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions aligned with long-term market trajectories
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs, academia, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products/services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
