Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal forecasts
- Analyze convergence patterns across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and implement systems for continuous trend-sensing and horizon scanning
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging business paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and adoption curves
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
