Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks for AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate innovation
- Architect strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning based on future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on innovation priorities and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions through rapid experimentation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (e.g., AI ethics, sustainable tech, neuro interfaces)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market shifts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or equivalent

- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
