Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and startups for early-stage tech integration
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial solutions
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent strategic experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech/futures publications
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
