- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Conduct high-impact research on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market opportunities and risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive culture of innovation through internal hackathons and ideation workshops
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with global market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
