- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation products and services
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in foresight, technology, or business strategy
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience with exponential technology roadmapping
- Strong presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
