Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough products/services
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Anticipate societal shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Drive R&D investments in quantum AI, neurotech, and sustainable systems
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Strong network of innovators across Silicon Valley and research institutions
