Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster 'future-back' thinking across engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering keynotes to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CET) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
