Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration and AI governance protocols
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D teams on future-proof innovation roadmaps
- Author predictive whitepapers on biotech convergence and climate tech disruption scenarios
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators to anticipate systemic disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovation strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
- Demonstrated success presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
