Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop and maintain the company's 10-year innovation roadmap with quarterly strategic pivots
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and market disruption velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership within tech/enterprise sectors
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
