Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, markets, and societal shifts to inform strategic planning
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with our 2026 vision
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Drive cross-functional teams to prototype and launch breakthrough initiatives
- Represent InnovateX at global forums as a thought leader in future technologies
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team focused on exponential technologies
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism fields
