- Present visionary insights to executive teams and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Mentor teams in foresight methodologies and innovation management practices
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, biotech, AI ethics, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and scenario modeling
