- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030 landscape

- Partner with R&D teams to translate future trends into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present futuristic insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports for investors and stakeholders
- Maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, climate modeling, or synthetic biology
