Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to forecast market shifts and competitive landscapes through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term business objectives and societal impact goals
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on transformative technologies and their implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Drive the commercialization of breakthrough innovations through cross-functional partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, AI)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published research or strategic frameworks demonstrating impact
