Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes and regulatory environments
- Translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technological and societal shifts
- Integrate ethical foresight frameworks into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or thought leadership on 2026+ trends
