Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethics, and human-centric design principles
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future-focused strategies with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Champion cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-ready solutions

- Build and lead a global network of futurists and innovation experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CPSR)
