- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with measurable KPIs
- Publish quarterly future outlook reports and white papers
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech forecasting
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
