- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and market paradigms post-2025
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into executable business strategies and KPIs
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
