Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market trends
- Translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future trends
- Experience in tech or sustainability sectors preferred
