Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation strategy and future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author executive briefings and white papers on disruptive trends and competitive foresight
- Design and implement horizon scanning systems to identify early-stage market signals
- Advain on ESG and ethical implications of technological adoption in future business models
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption topics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Experience with AI-driven analytics tools for trend identification and pattern recognition
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholder communication
