Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, biotech, Web4.0) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Champion future literacy across the organization through workshops and training programs
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, books)
- Experience leading high-stakes scenario-planning initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
