Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends with 3-5 year foresight
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients anticipating 2026 market conditions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and futurist summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for technology adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
