Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ business landscapes

- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps and product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and boards through compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Create scenario planning models for climate adaptation, AI governance, and workforce transformation
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
