Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Produce trend briefings and white papers disseminated to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational roadmaps with future realities
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive modeling and data-driven forecasting techniques
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists while advancing the practice through research methodology innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-strategy frameworks for enterprise clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex scenarios into executive insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed journals or top-tier publications)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, or Cross-Impact Matrices
- Experience advising C-suite on technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
