Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead strategic initiatives for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Develop actionable roadmaps for organizational transformation and market disruption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor future-focused talent within the organization
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with emerging technologies
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotech trends
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSP preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives
