Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption scenarios and market evolution
- Design long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market opportunities
- Present executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations to board members
- Build and maintain an expert network across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging sectors
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development and market entry strategies
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for stakeholder decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven experience developing predictive models for market evolution scenarios
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Published author or speaker at global futurism conferences (e.g., WFSF, Foresight Practitioners)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation
