Reporting directly to the Chief Innovation Officer, you'll lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop actionable scenarios for 2026 and beyond. You'll partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with emerging global trends, ensuring our organization remains agile in a rapidly evolving technological ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish the annual 2026 Foresight Report, integrating macroeconomic indicators, tech disruption forecasts, and societal shift analyses
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership, translating future possibilities into strategic priorities
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present future trend briefings to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and government entities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, and spatial computing
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots and market disruption
