Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise transformation initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Conduct trend impact assessments and recommend pivots for emerging technologies
- Design and facilitate 'Future Vision' workshops with cross-functional innovation teams
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms and societal shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience as futurist, innovation strategist, or technology foresight consultant
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
