Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate, and geopolitical domains
- Produce annual foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments on industry evolution
- Advise executive stakeholders on scenario planning and risk mitigation for 2026+ market landscapes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research integration
- Design and implement innovation sprints to prototype future-state business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications

- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy (articles, whitepapers, books)
