Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map 2026 technology and societal disruption vectors
- Develop proprietary foresight models using AI-driven trend analysis and human intuition
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees
- Author quarterly 'FutureScan' reports distributed to 500+ industry stakeholders
- Design innovation sprints for quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics applications
- Manage a $2M annual innovation grant portfolio for moonshot projects
- Represent the company at global futurism summits (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 case studies)
- Expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
