- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-proof business models and customer experiences
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging tech adoption curves across sectors
- Curate partnerships with research institutions and startup accelerators focused on 2030 horizons
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-driven enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, biotech policy, or sustainable tech
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets based on foresight analysis
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
