Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Establish and manage an innovation pipeline aligned with future market demands
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready mindsets and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact on long-term roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, technology, or related field
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformational initiatives
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
