Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market forces
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate 2026-ready innovations
- Represent company at global futures summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership on long-term tech impacts
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
