As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and government futurists to develop roadmaps that will shape the next decade of human progress. Responsibilities
- Forecast technological disruptions through trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into product roadmaps
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Advocate for future-proof infrastructure investments across enterprise systems
- Mentor junior researchers in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact on product roadmaps
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and government bodies
