Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and societal shifts
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic technologies into product roadmaps
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation frameworks
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology scouts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record predicting tech trends with documented impact (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
