- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present compelling tech foresight to stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech disruptions and developing long-term roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or thought leadership in technology futurism
