Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI) to identify market opportunities for 2026
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions in quantum-secure communications and AI ethics
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with R&D to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment timelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and academic researchers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong background in sustainable technology adoption
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurology
