- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic adoption and ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services with measurable impact
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
