Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Architect scalable solutions for autonomous systems and predictive analytics platforms

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory trends

Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced technology development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or generative AI systems
- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions in high-impact environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Experience with AWS/Azure quantum services and TensorFlow/PyTorch ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in R&D funding
