- Assist senior staff with scheduling, filing, and organizing departmental meetings and events.
- Prepare correspondence and reports using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Monitor office inventory and order necessary supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency is essential, including experience with email and word processing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
