Responsibilities
- Manage departmental filing systems and digital document repositories
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and scheduling
- Prepare and distribute official correspondence and reports
- Assist in grant application preparation and compliance documentation

- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budget tracking

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in government or public sector
