Responsibilities
- Manage public records and document processing with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and stakeholder outreach
- Analyze municipal data to support policy development and program evaluation
- Prepare official reports and presentations for city council meetings
- Handle constituent inquiries and resolve public service issues
- Implement federal/state regulatory requirements across city departments

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years government or public sector experience
