Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming government documents, permits, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens, vendors, and agency partners via phone and in-person.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal government regulations and protocols.
- Maintain and update digital databases and filing systems to ensure information is accessible.
- Prepare and distribute weekly operational reports and status updates to department leadership.
- Assist in the coordination of public hearings and community meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist in the resolution of administrative inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or government-related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
