Responsibilities
- Develop and implement municipal policy initiatives aligned with city strategic goals
- Manage interdepartmental projects ensuring regulatory compliance and budget adherence

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in municipal government or public sector

- Illinois residency required within 6 months of hire
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if travel between sites needed)
- Professional certification in Public Administration (PPA or CPMP) preferred
