Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and position papers for leadership review
- Coordinate with elected officials and agency stakeholders on legislative priorities
- Analyze budgetary impacts of proposed legislation and regulations
- Organize public hearings and community engagement sessions
- Manage grant applications and compliance reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government affairs or legislative experience
- Strong knowledge of Indiana state government operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in policy analysis and research methodologies
- Experience with public budgeting and grant management
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
