Responsibilities

- Manage stakeholder relationships with federal/state/local officials and community leaders

- Lead public engagement initiatives for major infrastructure projects
- Track budget allocations and ensure fiscal compliance for public works programs
- Prepare testimony and documentation for legislative hearings
- Collaborate with interdepartmental task forces on emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government affairs or legislative experience
- Expert knowledge of federal/state/local regulatory frameworks
- Proven stakeholder management and coalition-building skills
- Advanced proficiency in policy analysis and report writing
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with emergency response coordination preferred
