Responsibilities
- Analyze complex government datasets to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for city leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to implement operational improvements
- Manage public information requests and ensure compliance with transparency laws
- Develop and maintain performance metrics for city programs
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance citizen services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government or public sector analysis
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of NC municipal regulations and budget processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
