Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of government policies and procedures to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations for city management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various city departments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government, public sector, or non-profit organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Los Angeles municipal codes and regulations is a plus.
