Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative impacts on state policies using quantitative data models
- Prepare weekly executive summaries for department headsCoordinate inter-agency task forces for public service initiatives
- Manage $2M+ annual compliance budgets with weekly expense tracking
- Develop public-facing policy communications materials
- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects
- Conduct stakeholder outreach across 88 Ohio counties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ohio security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proven track record of managing multi-year budgets
- Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred
