Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance or regulatory experience in government sector
- Strong knowledge of federal/state/local regulations (TCA, OMB, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Proficiency in compliance management software
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
